Arquella Hargrove is a business savvy coach and speaker, who is a human resources strategist at heart. She advises and coaches senior leaders on effective people strategies that results in meeting their respective Company’s bottom-line business objectives
Arquella is all about solutions through a uniquely personal and customized approach, working with clients to objectively assess the situation, investigate options, and skillfully design and implement the solution that achieves her client’s goals and maximizes long-term results.
With 18+ years experience in Human Resources Management, Arquella is able to partner with leaders in the areas of hiring decisions, personal development plans, soft skills and training strategies, leadership development, conflict resolution, and team development. She has targeted issues and tasks to wide scope exploration of individuals’ professional experience, values and goals. Her clients range from non-profit to global fortune 500 companies.
Arquella hosts her own weekly radio show powered by Kingdom View Network, “Solutions for Workplace Matters.” The show’s platform is for employers and employees to receive answers related to managing teams, resolving conflict, turning contacts into contracts, and organizational communication.
In addition to executive coaching and development, Arquella facilitates training and webinar sessions, speaks at conferences, and is co-author of the book, “Coaching Perspectives.”
Arquella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University. Arquella received her certifications in Human Resources (PHR), Professional Coaching, Facilitating with Excellence, Conflict Resolution in the Workplace, DISC and Birkman Behavioral Personality Assessments.
